       I have been working with Sandra Crowe for over three years.  We focused on semi-private pilates sessions, and more recently circuit training.  She was always well-prepared, punctual and knowledgeable with many different releveant and fun exercises.  She was always positive, encouraging and a joy to work with.  Her easy going, friendly peronality created a relaxed, comfortable attitude. 

I have never felt so strong and healthy and have much more energy on a regular basis!  I also have better muscle tone, balance and flexibility.  I would recommend Sandra for anyone who is serious about getting in shape!

      I worked with Sandra twice-weekly for two and half years.  During that time she helped me reach my goals by consistently changing my exercise routine to challenge my body in new ways each workout.  With the variety of equipment I never got bored and became motivated and educated enough to work out on my own.  Her knowledge and empathy of my knee and back problems made me feel safe enough to push harder but know that I would not injure myself.  Our training relationship ended when she moved to Brampton, and I am sure Brampton will be a fitter, healthier place with her there!
