Trainer Bio

Sandra Crowe has been helping people achieve their health and fitness goals for over 10 years. With experience ranging from post-natal to weight loss and post-rehab, Sandra will ensure you get the results you are looking for.  She currently teaches a  variety of fitness classes, works with clients one on one in her home studio and enhances the lives of  cancer patients and survivors in a 10 week exercise program.

Having spent several years as a corporate fitness facility manager, Sandra understands the time crunch and daily stress most of us have, and will help even the busiest people make physical activity a part of their lives.

Sandra is certified in personal training and fitness consulting through the Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals (CanFitPro) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology. She also teaches group fitness classes, yoga and pilates, certified through the YMCA and East to West Yoga and Pilates. Sandra is a Master Trainer for the Gliding Disc program, running workshops to certify other trainers in this unique piece of equipment.

Being the mother of two busy boys, Sandra believes physical activity should be a priority for everyone to enable people to live life to it’s fullest potential.
